Shipping Policy
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use, wear, or damage.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For convenience, we may provide a prepaid return label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If confirmed, we will:

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Athletic Training Equipment Disclaimer
The ZEK Band® is a performance training product intended for athletic development.
By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge that:

Users assume responsibility for safe and appropriate use
We are not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse, improper training practices, or failure to follow recommended guidelines.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
